After experiencing a less than stellar visit from the Geek Squad, I reached out to several business in the metro area for a quote to mount my television over my fireplace.

Ruredzo was able to come out the next day (ON A SUNDAY) to do the install. Dante was on time as promised and professional down to the booties to cover his shoes.

I explained to him the complications the Geek Squad has with my setup and showed him the $200 mount they recommended that I buy in order for my television to be mounted over my fireplace since the original owner's mount would not work.

Dante hopped into action, did his measurements and took the time to explain to me why the existing mount would not work nor the mount that the Geek Squad recommended for purchase. At that point, I felt as if I were at a loss. Dante assured me he would do everything he could to make sure my tv was mounted before I left.

He's a man of his word. He had a mount he was sure that would work (and it did). He added an extension cord and subtracted some wall plates and worked his magic.

We used Dante before to install a Sonos system. This morning our tv didn't work so I called Dante at 9am. He already was scheduled but said he would fit me in. After resetting everything, it started to work. He is easy to work with, honest and reasonably priced.

However, I was simply to busy and found this company through Home Advisor. I have to give him credit, I thought I knew my stuff but he showed me a thing or two. He cleaned up my wires and made it so easy for the wife and kids to only have to push one button to turn everything on. He programmed everything perfectly. Perfect experience. Dante was right on time with another guy and they were able to do a insert over the fire place TV mount that no one else wanted to do. After having several other companies confirm then cancel last minute on me it was such a relief to finally get someone so professional and knowledgeable, I only wished I called here first. RMS Installs was the first result that popped up on my Angi's List search for ethernet runs in a townhouse. They called me, setup an appointment, and a tech, Corey, came out to survey my home. Corey, my survey tech, arrived in a professionally wrapped vehicle and was in a uniform. I was so pleased with Corey and how enthusiastic and personable he was I decided I didn't need to get quotes from anyone else (even if they were cheaper) and put my deposit down right then and there. Alberto and his team showed up within the first 30min of their install window. They were very friendly and even spent time getting to know me and taking in my requests. They spent maybe 2 hours total going through my crawl space and installing the cables. They cleaned up after themselves and kept any holes they made hidden and covered them up afterwards. We were looking for a company to help our internet consistency. I figured I would get a few quotes from a few companies. I read the reviews on RMS and some said I did not need to look further,me and my husband laughed because why would you not get another quote? Well....from the first second they walked in the door,they were professional and you could tell they knew what they were talking about. We booked the install with them on the spot and never got any other quotes. They came on time for the install,were friendly,answered all questions. I hired him based on google reviews, and glad I did. An ethernet line was installed in one of the rooms at my house. The job was a bit complicated, but the cost was very reasonable, and the tech seemed knowledgeable and skilled at what he was doing. We just moved in and house and backyard were wired for speakers but needed equipment to run it. Came out to test our speakers and checkout what we needed to get systems up and running. Spent time explaining options and providing a cost effective resolution. Installed today and technician was friendly and explained everything along the way! The initial consultation was professional. I got 3 companies to come out and they were by far the best. The installers for my home network were great. On November 7th I contacted RMS, they responded on November 8th and Dante came to my home to scope out the job (running an ethernet line from my living room to a bedroom approx. 30 feet away) on November 10th. The installation of our home theatre was excellent, the only downside is having to wait 2 hours after our appointment time for it to happen, and having to call to even know if we were going to get someone over to install it after our appointment window passed. RMS Installed 4 TV in our new house and networked the whole house and showed us how to work our electronics to where they are being used to their max efficiency. Dante and his team did a great job installing my wall mount. They were efficient, clean and organized. I would suggest if you are having a TV mounted to make sure you have a quality mount. Otherwise you will end up purchasing their mount. The only downfall is they had a limited supply so I endured an unexpected cost. Other than that, great service.

Dante quoted me a decent figure range compared to other companies I had scouted, and assured me it would not exceed that range. The installer, Ken, came during the appointment window. He was very nice and professional. He worked with me to determine how to properly mount the display according to what I wanted, which was a full motion mount. The install ran into some trouble when an installed HDMI port didn't seem to be working, and Ken stayed to figure it out, and ultimately replaced it and fixed the problem.
